(Stop sir-jerking us!) WHY DO LATINOS HAVE DIFFICULTY TREATING US WHITES AS DOWN-to-EARTH EQUALS?

They (latinos) always have to inflict their "status decision" upon us whites using various terms,but never as fellow down-to-earth good will equals. Only they,themselves,can be "good ol boys",while us whites are either "sir" (in a hierarchical manner...they feel required to be respectful,rather than truly respectful because of our age,education,etc.), or "sir" (in a legalistic manner,which is close to the hierarchical status but sometimes more legalist,so they "sir-jerk" us),or the garden variety of other terms meant to inflict subtle forms of status degradation upon us (ie "boss","dude","man",and the list goes on). The irony is that it us,white & all other color Christians,who are truly the salt of the earth & in the Spirit,. So we ask latino Christians around southern Cal to STOP SIR-JERKING us whites,especially us white Christians in the Spirit!
